Gordon Duncan, 68, passed away October, 15, 2012 at the Pavilion. He was a native of Johnson County and had lived the past 12 years in Appling County.

Survivors include his sister, Bessie Wombles of Wrightsville and Claudia Courson and husband William of Baxley; a brother, Charlie Mincey and wife Marandy of Baxley; two nephews, Robby Courson and wife Susan of Baxley, Casey Mincey and wife Katie of Macon; two nieces, Joyce Ann Brantley of Wrightsville and Shannon Studstill and husband Harley of Baxley; several great nieces, nephews and other family also survive.

Funeral services will be Friday, October 19, 2012 at 11 am at the David E. Miles Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Marty Anderson and Reverend Thad Harvey officiating.

Visitation will be 9-11 am prior to the services on Friday.

Cremation will follow and a private memorialization will be held at a later date at Asbury Church Cemetery.

Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of The Pavilion.
